Griffith - The friendliest town in Australia. We arrived from Adelaide and were greeted by a friendly reception girl. Our disabled room was beautiful. It was so clean. The bed was super comfy. We had a great nights sleep. We had dinner in their restaurant Bull & Bell Steakhouse. My husband had the 750g T Bone. He said it was the tastiest steak he's ever had. All the food we had was amazing.

Omg how do u describe this hotel. It’s called The Gem Hotel but we thought it was a DIAMOND . We were greeted on arrival by Nathan Musolino with the biggest smile and an attitude of whatever u need I’m here to help. Check in was swift and easy. The newly renovated rooms and amenities were magnificent and the beds were so comfortable. A hotel that oozes class. On check out we were greeted by the owner who not only stopped to say hello and make sure we were happy but took time out of his busy schedule to make us laugh. Thank u so so much, we will b back

Rooms have been renovated. Nice simple and sleek. Service was good. L location is perfect. Right in the heart ❤️ of the CBD

Welcomed on arrival by friendly staff. Lovely, fresh, well appointed room on 2nd Floor via lift. Rear on site free carpark. Cocktail Bar, Restaurant and Gaming on site. Looking forward to dinner at the Bull & Bell steakhouse and a restful sleep. Does not serve breakfast but is located in the main shopping area with a choice of cafes.

Had a wonderful dinner at Gem Hotel with my girlfriend. The food was delicious, fresh, and well presented. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
